Evolve Talent is growing and seeking an experienced, commercially minded relationship builder to join our Allied Health team. This role connects talented professionals with healthcare organisations across regional and rural Australia, building trusted relationships and managing the recruitment process from first conversation to placement.

We value candidates with strong regional insights and a proactive, autonomous approach who can contribute to leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in recruitment, sales, account management or customer success.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Understanding regional and rural Australia; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit temporary and permanent Allied Health professionals across Australia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Allied Health professionals and health services.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing through to successful placement.
• Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Partner with healthcare organisations to understand their workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Take ownership of your desk, relationships and results.
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Allied Health division.

Evolve Talent is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded relationship builder to join our Allied Health team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales, recruitment, account management or customer relationship professional looking to take the next step in their career - with the opportunity to build a successful career in recruitment and progress into leadership.

You'll play a key role in connecting talented Allied Health professionals with healthcare organisations across regional and rural Australia. You'll build trusted relationships, develop new business opportunities and manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement.

We're particularly interested in someone who has a strong understanding of regional and rural Australia, whether through living, working or travelling in regional communities. Understanding the people, communities and lifestyle of these areas is important to building credibility with both candidates and clients.

The Role

• Recruit temporary and permanent Allied Health professionals across Australia
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Allied Health professionals and health services
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing through to successful placement
• Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth
• Partner with healthcare organisations to understand their workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions
• Take ownership of your desk, relationships and results
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Allied Health division

What we're looking for

• 4+ years' experience in recruitment, sales, account management or customer success
• A strong track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong understanding of regional and rural Australia, with regional travel or experience highly regarded
• Experience in, or a genuine understanding of, the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• A proactive and ambitious approach, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career
• Someone who takes ownership, works autonomously and is motivated by achieving results

Recruitment experience is highly regarded but isn't essential. If you have a strong background in sales, account management or relationship management and are looking to transition into recruitment, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
