Job summary

Lumia Care is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Ashfield, Sydney office. This permanent full-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment of casual healthcare staff, including RNs and Disability Support Workers, to support our field-based care teams.

You'll build a strong pipeline, screen and interview candidates, coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance, while partnering with operations to forecast workforce needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or disability recruitment or workforce coordination.
• Ability to recruit high-volume casual or field-based positions.
• Strong sourcing and engagement capabilities; detail-oriented administration.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Ashfield, Sydney office, with a strong focus on recruiting casual Registered Nurses (RNs), Disability Support Workers and other field-based care professionals.

About The Role

This is a permanent full-time, high-volume recruitment position where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of field staff across our Disability and community healthcare services.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining an active casual workforce pipeline, responding quickly to changing staffing requirements and ensuring candidates are compliant and ready for work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll Ideally Have

• Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment, disability recruitment or workforce coordination
• Experience recruiting high-volume casual or field-based positions
• Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment
• Knowledge of healthcare or disability compliance requirements would be highly regarded
