Job summary

Jigsaw Notions is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter / Resourcer to join our Canberra team. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across Defence, ICT and Government, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and networks, and guiding interviews, offers and onboarding.

You will collaborate with leadership, clients and candidates to place the right people in the right roles, building strong pipelines and contributing to tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in agency, Defence, ICT or professional services.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
• Australian Citizen with ability to obtain an NV1 clearance.
• Based in Canberra.
