Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited in Perth is seeking a Part-Time Recreation Attendant to supervise and assist guests at our leisure facilities. You’ll perform lifeguard duties, ensure safety, and support reception tasks, delivering joyful experiences during the busy Perth summer season.

Flexible with shifts from early morning to evening, including weekends and public holidays, and must hold lifeguard and first aid qualifications. Outdoor work is required in hot summer conditions.

Qualifications

• RLSSWA Lifeguard qualification required or preferred.
• First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification.
• RSA certificate holder or willing to obtain.
• Available 6am–9:30pm, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in Perth summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard duties at Crown Towers Hotel pool areas.
• Ensure guests are safe around Leisure facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Assist with reception tasks and telephone inquiries.
• Provide customer service support.

As we prepare for another beautiful Perth summer, we are in need of individuals with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping our guests safe around our Leisure facilities to join the Crown Resorts team as Part-Time Recreation Attendant. As a Recreation Attendant you will be responsible for working across a variety of areas across our Crown Perth Leisure Facilities, including the Crown Towers Hotel Perth swimming pools, their relative reception areas and retail kiosk desks. These are seasonal fixed-term contract positions. In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.

• Provide consistent lifugeard duties to our guests at the Crown Towers Hotel pool areas.
• Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities.
• Provide a clean, tidy, safe and inviting environment for all guests.
• Additional duties include reception tasks, telephone inquiries, customer service support.

About you You’ll bring the following:

• Experience as a public pool lifugeard or beach lifugeard (preferred) RLSSWA Pool Lifugeard Qualification.
• Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification.
• Available between 6am - 9.30pm including weekends, public holidays and happy to work a rotational roster.
• Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the constant Perth Summer Heat.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Ability to commit to 32-64 hours per fortnight.
• Flexible availability that includes regular weekends and public holidays.
