Crown Resorts is seeking a part-time Leisure Supervisor for a fixed-term role in Perth. The role focuses on delivering joyful guest experiences while maintaining safety around leisure facilities, including pool areas at Crown Metropol.

Ideal candidates will have lifeguard qualifications (RLSSWA), First Aid/CPR, and RSA certification, with strong hospitality and customer-service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Lifeguard qualification (RLSSWA).
• RSA certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organise, schedule and assign the team tasks.
• Assist to implement and maintain SOPs, standards and goals.
• Provide operational support.
• Demonstrate leadership to the team.
• Provide consistent lifeguard duties at Crown Metropol pool areas.
• Ensure guest safety around leisure facilities.

The role

As we prepare for another beautiful Perth Summer, weare in need of individuals with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping our guests safe around our Leisure facilities to join the Crown Resorts teamas a fixed-term Part Time Leisure Supervisor .

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• The position plans, organises, schedules and allocates the tasks and activities of the team
• Assist to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals
• Providing operational support
• Demonstrating leadership to team members
• Provideconsistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol pool areas
• Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisurefacilities

This role requires you to provide:

• RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
• Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification
