Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking a Recovery Support Worker at our Annerley location on a maximum-term contract to cover parental leave until December 2027. You will provide psychosocial recovery-oriented support to people transitioning from custody back into the community.

Working autonomously within RFQ’s values, you will maintain accurate documentation, support clients’ recovery and reintegration, and contribute to a respectful, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a human service-related field and/or demonstrated previous experience working with people with mental illness
• Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, own case load and KPI's including outcomes measures and safety planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients, colleagues, stakeholders, and service providers
• Strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
