Job summary

Cire Services is seeking a Reconnect Case Worker to support disengaged learners in Victorian communities, helping them reconnect with education, training and employment. The role is part-time (27 hours per week) and grant-funded through 31 January 2030.

The successful applicant will provide wrap-around, person-centred support, build relationships with participants, and work closely with community partners to create sustainable pathways for youth and adults facing barriers.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management and services for disengaged learners.
• Experience partnering with community organisations and education providers.
• Ability to tailor support plans for individuals facing barriers.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around, personalised plans and targeted outreach.
• Coordinate supports and liaise with partners to enable learning pathways.
• Support disengaged learners to re-enter education, training, or employment.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress tracking.
