St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a part-time administrative clerk to support the Palliative Care unit. You will admit patients, create records, manage reception duties and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities include arranging patient appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate information in line with procedures. A National Criminal history check is required or willing to obtain.
You will provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management for the Palliative Care unit. Including admitting patients completing reception duties and delivering exceptional customer service. A key component of the role is ensuring patient confidentiality is always preserved.
The classification for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($65,739 - $72,677 per annum pro rata)
You will be a part of the Environmental Services team, which is a large and varied department operating across multiple locations within St Vincent’s Melbourne campus. We have Patients Services Clerks are located at both Fitzroy and Kew.
