Tasman Holiday Parks in Bright, VIC is seeking a friendly Receptionist on a casual basis to greet guests, assist with check-ins, reservations and local information, ensuring memorable stays on site. About the Role

We’re looking for a welcoming, customer-focused Receptionist to join us on a casual basis at our beautiful Tasman Holiday Parks - South Bright.

In this role, you’ll be the first smiling face our guests meet, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous
• Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must
• A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
• Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments

This position may occasionally require on-call availability, so flexibility outside standard working hours is essential.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods.
