Job summary

Tasman Holiday Parks - South Bright is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a casual role. You will contribute to maintaining clean rooms and facilities to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

The role requires weekend and peak-period availability, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service. No long-distance travel is needed, and the team supports ongoing development and perks.

Qualifications

• Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• High standards and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; works well in a team.
• Well-organised with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Friendly customer service and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service hotel rooms in preparation for guests.
• Clean rooms, bathrooms and showers to high standards.
• Keep communal areas clean and tidy.
• Clear rubbish and debris from grounds as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join the team on a casual basis at Tasman Holiday Parks - South Bright.

You will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and servicing of rooms in preparation for our guests to arrive.
• Cleaning rooms
• Cleaning shower and bathrooms
• Cleaning communal areas
• Clearing any rubbish, debris etc from around the grounds

Note.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and other peak trading periods.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Prior Housekeeping experience (preferred, but not required)
• High standards and an excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and works well in team environment
• Well-organised with a strong sense of responsibility
• Friendly customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• A flexible approach to work
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good appreciation and respect of workplace safety
• Must hold a current driver's licence.
