St Francis Catholic College in Melton and Cobblebank is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join its cross-campus team. You will be the first point of contact for students, families and staff, supporting day-to-day operations across both campuses with a focus on a warm, safe, and welcoming College environment.

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a growing education community governed by MACS, with a strong commitment to wellbeing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Reception experience is preferred.
• Skilled in handling inquiries from students, families and staff.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming, professional front-of-house presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, supportive reception for students, families, staff and visitors.
• Serve as the first point of contact and support day-to-day operations across Melton and Cobblebank campuses.
• Uphold child-safe practices and contribute to a welcoming College community.

We are seeking a professional, organised and friendly Receptionist to join our Cross Campus team and provide a warm and supportive first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of both our Melton and Cobblebank campuses, while supporting a positive, child-safe and welcoming College community.

Classification: Education Support Category C Level 2
Salary Range: $58,938 – $75,481 per annum
