Black Dog Institute is seeking a friendly, organised Casual Receptionist to provide front-of-house support for our Reception and Psychology Clinic during planned leave periods. This role is on-site in Randwick, NSW, and offers approximately 20 hours per week with shifts ranging from 3 to 7 hours.

Ideal candidates have prior reception or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, confidential approach to client service.

The Role

Black Dog Institute is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Casual Receptionist to provide front-of-house support for our Reception and Psychology Clinic during planned leave periods.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Coverage Periods

• 16 November – 11 December
• 4 January – 15 January

Approximately 20 hours per week

• Minimum shift: 3 hours
• Maximum shift: 7 hours
• On-site role based in Randwick, NSW

Skills And Experiences

Hourly Rate

• $49.24 per hour + superannuation
• Casual employment

Key Responsibilities

• Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
