G’day Group operates Discovery Parks and Resorts across Australia. We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to welcome guests, check guests in and out, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure cabins are ready.
You will use RMS or similar booking systems, handle guest inquiries, manage accounts, and build positive relationships with guests and park teams. Weekend and evening shifts are required, and a valid driver’s license is essential to fulfil duties across multiple locations.
