Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front-of-house experience for all visitors, clients and employees.
  • Managing incoming calls, enquiries and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, room set-up and basic AV support to ensure meetings run seamlessly.
  • Maintaining reception, meeting rooms and shared workspaces to a consistently high standard.
  • Managing visitor access, sign-in procedures and workplace security processes.
  • Coordinating courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and parcel deliveries.
  • Arranging refreshments and catering requirements for meetings and events.
  • Supporting workplace events, functions and client engagement activities.
  • Assisting with general office administration and operational support activities as required.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, visitors and service partners to deliver an outstanding workplace experience.

Job Description

Colliers WMS is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team on an initial contract basis, supporting a prestigious corporate client in Melbourne CBD. This opportunity offers the chance to become an integral part of a highly professional workplace environment, delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional workplace experience. Additional Information
