MacKillop Catholic College, Mount Peter is seeking an experienced Administration Officer - Reception on a fixed-term contract for the 2027 school year. The role is term-time, 38 hours per week, with a salary of $34.17–$35.62 per hour plus 12.75% superannuation.

Applicants must hold a Working with Children Blue Card and support the Catholic Education ethos. Centre dates run 25 January 2027 to 21 January 2028 with a closing date of 13 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy in a busy office environment.
• Front-dline reception experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the College, assisting parents, students and staff at Reception.
• Provide confidential administrative support and data handling.
• Support school operations under the direction of Human Resources and Administration.
