Mallesons’ Sydney office is seeking a Solicitor to join our national Real Estate team. You will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters and work on high-value transactions for major Australian clients.

You will report to senior colleagues, collaborate across offices, and receive hands-on mentoring and structured career growth. You will develop client relationships, contribute to business development, and be involved in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, developments and capital

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate law at a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex transactions.
• Commercial, solutions-focused mindset with client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
• Support acquisitions, disposals, developments and leasing transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes
• Work closely with colleagues across our national Real Estate team and other teams across the firm
• Develop direct client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
