The Opportunity

In this role you will join an integrated, national team and work on high-value transactions alongside market-recognized practitioners. You’ll work on significant projects ranging from corporate acquisitions and major infrastructure deals to energy transition and large-scale leasing developments.

As you manage end-to-end transaction workflows your responsibilities will include:Drafting and negotiating high-stakes transaction documents; Leading due diligence processes; Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including complex acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, and; Proactively contributing tothe cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships.
