Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required.

Weekend availability is necessary to meet demand.
Excellent organisation skills in a fast paced environment.
Current Agents Rep certificate or real estate license or equivalent is required.
A current National Police Check is required.
A current Victorian Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

Attend appointments, open homes and private inspections.
Provide listing and buyer support, including database management and marketing.
Support property administration activities and coordination for listings and sales.
