Job summary

Professionals Paradise Realty Casula is seeking a capable Sales Assistant/Sales Administrator to support our sales team across the full sales process. You’ll assist with open homes, buyer follow-up, property marketing, and administration, while prospecting for new business and coordinating appointments.

You’ll be well-presented, professional, and confident in communications with buyers and vendors, with strong organisational skills. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extremely well presented and professional.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable dealing with buyers and vendors.
• Clear and professional communicator, both in person and on the phone.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Able to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
• Prepared to prospect and actively help generate new business.
• Available to assist with Saturday open homes and Auctions.
• Current driver’s license with reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation, set-up and running of open homes and Auctions
• Welcoming and engaging with buyers at property inspections
• Buyer enquiry and follow-up by phone, SMS and email
• Prospecting and lead generation, including phone prospecting and database follow-up
• Letterbox dropping and local area marketing around our listings and sales
• Maintaining buyer information and updating our CRM/database
• Preparing sales and marketing material
• Assisting with new listings and property marketing campaigns
• General sales administration and office support
• Helping coordinate appointments and sales activities
