Gadens in Melbourne is seeking a Lawyer/Associate with 2–4 years PQE to join our Real Estate Team supporting Partners Lui Scipioni, Alexandra Walker and Michael Mercier. You will work on a broad range of real estate matters across Australia and contribute to a market-leading practice.

The role offers exposure to leasing, development and property transactions within a nationally recognised firm. You will have strong drafting and client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years PQE with a property background, ideally across leasing matters.
• Demonstrated drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage timeframes and priorities within a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support Partners Lui Scipioni, Alexandra Walker and Michael Mercier in day-to-day matters.
• Work on real estate matters across Australia, including leasing, development and property transactions.
• Support Gadens' nationwide practice serving institutional investors, developers, landlords and operators, including major shopping centre work.
