Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a full-time lawyer (3-5 PQE) to join its Real Estate practice in Sydney. You will work on high-quality property and leasing matters, collaborating with partner Jennifer McCosker and a busy team to service national and international clients.

You will gain hands-on experience across acquisitions, disposals, development projects and leasing, with exposure to renewable energy and infrastructure offerings within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in property transactions and commercial leasing matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a busy property team.
• Demonstrated client service, integrity and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the property partner and team on real estate and leasing matters.
• Assist with acquisitions and disposals of development sites and assets.
• Advise on property developments, urban renewal projects and ongoing real estate advisory matters.
• Support landlords and tenants on commercial and major leasing requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge resources and mentor junior lawyers.
