Job summary

Dentons in Sydney is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join our Real Estate team. You will work on complex commercial real estate matters, including leasing, sales and acquisitions, across Australian and international clients.

You will collaborate with senior lawyers, mentor junior members, and contribute to a culture that values client service, risk management and professional development within a supportive, globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate law including leasing, sales, acquisitions, and residential developments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial approach.
• Excellent communication, able to work directly with clients.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex real estate transactions with Australian and international clients.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers within the Real Estate team.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and manage expectations.

About You

You may be a Solicitor or Associate and seeking the long-term opportunity for career development and progression that Dentons can provide.

• have developed some experience in commercial real estate law, including leasing, sales and acquisitions and residential developments;
• have strong attention to detail while taking a commercial approach;
• be a strong communicator who enjoys working directly with clients; and
