As a Housing Support Worker within our Wakefield Access to Housing Pathway Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access and sustain accommodation, improve their wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals.
No two days are ever the same. One day you might be supporting someone to secure accommodation and settle into their tenancy, while the next, you're helping them access services, develop life skills, manage finances, or take positive steps towards greater independence. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, landlords and partner agencies to ensure clients receive the support they need to thrive.
