Avanti Grange is seeking a dedicated Learning Coach to support high-quality learning and ensure every pupil has the opportunity to succeed. You will work with teachers and inclusion colleagues, providing flexible support across the classroom and in small-group or one-to-one settings.

You will promote inclusion, support pupils with a range of needs, and help them develop academically, socially and emotionally, while building positive relationships and contributing to a respectful school culture

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
• Excellent level of literacy and numeracy.
• Experience of general administrative work (e.g., photocopying, laminating) and ability to work well within a team.
• An understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of all students.

About us and the role

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Coach to support the delivery of high-quality learning and ensure that all young people at Avanti Grange have the opportunity to succeed.

Working closely with teachers and inclusion colleagues, you will provide flexible support across the classroom, through targeted small-group interventions and individual learning where appropriate. You will play a key role in promoting inclusion, supporting pupils with a range of needs and helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils will be an important part of the role, enabling you to understand their individual strengths, needs and barriers to learning and adapt your approach accordingly.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues and families to help create the right conditions for pupils to engage positively with their education and achieve their potential.You will also contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive school culture that reflects the values and ethos of the Avanti Schools Trust.
