Job summary

Oxford Aunts is seeking experienced live-in carers to provide compassionate, personalised care to clients in Oxfordshire with a focus on companionship, wellbeing, and independence. You will support clients with daily living tasks, accompany them to appointments, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

We offer paid induction training, subsidised travel, DBS checks, ongoing Level 2/3 care training, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, 24/7 central support, and referral

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal needs such as washing and dressing.
• Day-to-day task management including daily household duties to ensure cleanliness and safety of the home.
• Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social activities.
