Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Live-In Carer to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes, providing a private room and wifi for comfort. You’ll support clients across the UK in daily routines, companionship, and activities.

Your role includes personal care, meals, light domestic work, mobility support, and social outings, with a minimum 2-week block and a UK work permit. Refer-a-friend bonuses and funded training are available.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, including washing and oral care.
• Help prepare healthy meals and keep drinks stocked.
• Assist with light domestic tasks to maintain a safe home.
• Support mobility and enable independence during daily routines.
• Encourage participation in social activities and outings.

How you'll make a difference:

As a Live-In Carer, you’ll

support clients in their own homes seven days a week, helping them live

independently while staying

connected to their community and routine. Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship – offering support, conversation, and engagement.
• Personal care – assisting with washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Meals – helping with preparation of healthy meals, snacks, and drinks.
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Mobility support – helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible.
• Social activities – supporting trips out, hobbies, and outings.

Where you’ll be working:

Our clients are across the South West, South East, Central, and North of England, so you’ll need to be willing to travel. Our homes are rated Good by the CQC:
