Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring for Live-In Carers to support clients in their own homes across the UK. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and social activities, while ensuring safety and independence.

This role requires a minimum 12 months of right to work in the UK, a commitment of at least 2 weeks at a time, and a compassionate approach to helping others thrive. Travel within assigned regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Be at least 18 years old.

• Willing to travel across regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through conversation and engagement.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and oral care.
• Help with meals and healthy snacks.
• Perform light domestic tasks to maintain a safe home.
• Assist mobility and support independence.
• Support clients with social activities and outings.

How you'll make a difference:

As a Live-In Carer, you’ll

support clients in their own homes seven days a week, helping them live

independently while staying

connected to their community and routine. Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship – offering support, conversation, and engagement.
• Personal care – assisting with washing, dressing, and oral care.
• Meals – helping with preparation of healthy meals, snacks, and drinks.
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Mobility support – helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible.
• Social activities – supporting trips out, hobbies, and outings.

Where you’ll be working:

Our clients are across the South West, South East, Central, and North of England, so you’ll need to be willing to travel. Our homes are rated Good by the CQC:

• Live-in placements are a minimum of 2 weeks, with flexibility on both sides
