Job summary

Horizon Care and Education seeks a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for Olympus School in Croydon. You will support students with SEN (including SEMH), assisting with educational and social development and helping create a safe, engaging learning environment.

Role involves 1:1 work, setup of activities, and positive classroom support alongside teachers. Relevant qualifications and a willingness to pursue TA accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children who have behavioural support needs.
• GCSE English and Maths grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Willingness to work towards a teaching assistant qualification.

Responsibilities
