Job summary

DWS Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to design, build and enhance modern mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.

You will work within a collaborative Agile delivery team, contributing to solution design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of mobile apps that support critical customer-facing services. The role is hybrid with 3+ days onsite, starting ASAP for an 8‑month term with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile app development for iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building cross-platform apps using React Native; Expo experience is beneficial.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services via REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver accessible interfaces.
• Knowledge of mobile security, authentication, and API integration patterns.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance mobile apps for iOS and Android.
