Team Global Express in Altona North, Melbourne seeks an experienced Container Reach Stacker Operator for a permanent full-time role. You will operate reach stacker machinery to move, load, unload and stack containers, while adhering to safety and depot procedures.

Working Monday to Friday with a 2:00 PM start and a 17.5% shift loading, you will contribute to safe, efficient freight movements and a supportive team environment. Australian working rights are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate container reach stacker to move, load, unload and stack containers.

About the Role

Team Global Express is looking for an experienced and safety-focused Container Reach Stacker Operator to join our Altona North team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Working Monday to Friday with a 2:00 PM start, you'll receive an additional 17.5% PM shift loading and play an important role in keeping our container operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Safely operate container reach stacker machinery to move, load, unload and stack containers.

Ensure containers are handled and positioned safely and efficiently within the depot.

Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance requirements.

Follow operational procedures and safe container-handling practices.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure freight movements are completed efficiently.

Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.

Promptly report any hazards, near misses or incidents to your supervisor.

What You'll Bring

Current and valid CN or RS Licence – essential.

Minimum 2 years' experience operating container reach stackers.
