You will receive a base salary up to $65,000 plus super, quarterly reviews, uncapped commissions, and strong incentives, with top performers achieving $130,000+ OTE.

• Connect with Warm Leads: Call customers who have previously engaged with Compare Club and asked to be contacted.
• Build Trust & Qualify: Use active listening and communication skills to see how we can assist them today.
• Seamless Transfers: Pass qualified leads to our specialist brokers. You aren’t closing complex deals; you’re opening doors.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday standard business hours.
