Precision Exploration Drilling – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking experienced RC Drillers/Relief Driller to join our team on a full-time basis. We offer industry-leading day rates, FIFO from Perth, flexible rosters (2:1, 2:2, 4:2), and opportunities for long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated RC Driller experience and understanding of RC drilling operations.
• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work in remote locations and challenging conditions.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Physical fitness and resilience for demanding work.
• Certificate IV in Drilling Operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate RC drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections, equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Monitor drilling progress, maintain field records and adjust operations as required.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and operational procedures.
• Provide guidance and supervision to offsiders and crew members as required.
• Monitor site supplies, consumables and equipment inventory.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients and crew.
• Promote a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement.

About the Role

As an RC Driller or Relief Driller, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and productive drilling operations across remote project locations.

You will be responsible for operating RC drilling rigs and associated equipment, managing day-to-day drilling activities, maintaining equipment and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
