Job summary

Swissport is seeking Ramp Service Agents and Baggage Handlers to support airport operations on the tarmac. You will load/unload baggage, assist with transfer to aircraft, and perform cabin cleaning tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency across variable shifts.

An active roster, ability to lift up to 32 kg, and good communication are essential. On-site roles include parking, uniforms, and training support.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work across a 7-day roster, including shifts.
• Capable of repeated lifting up to 32 kg with care.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, safety-focused aviation environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills for operational tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aircraft baggage efficiently.
• Safely transfer luggage to and from aircraft.
• Handle baggage weighing up to 35kg repetitively.
• Operate in varied weather and confined spaces.
• Support baggage flow for departures and arrivals using equipment.
