Job summary

dnata is recruiting Ramp and Baggage Agents for the Perth operation. This permanent, part-time role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for career progression and professional development.

This position offers a guaranteed 20 hours per week with an average of 30 hours per week, with potential to pick up extra shifts. Full-time opportunities may arise after 9 months with the business.

Responsibilities

• Working in and around aircraft and on the apron
• Manual Handling - lifting baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg per piece
• Loading and unloading of all cargo and passenger aircraft
• Anticipating and resolving problems
• Liaising with internal/external clients, management and other relevant parties, as required
• Follow direction during shift to achieve required timely aircraft scheduled departures
• Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systems
