Job summary

ARTC is seeking a Project Engineer – Signals to deliver rail infrastructure projects in NSW. You will provide engineering and project management support across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, with a focus on signalling and communications systems.

The role requires coordinating with project managers, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery and alignment with rail safety and regulatory requirements. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with capability in project delivery for rail projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary rail infrastructure projects across signalling and comms.
• Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Eligibility for Engineers Australia membership and relevant rail qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support signalling and communications systems delivery for rail infrastructure.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, quality and safety with Project Managers.
