Qualifications

• Significant rail or heavy industry experience required.
• Proven technical leadership and team coordination capability.
• Strong focus on maintenance, reliability, and asset performance.
• Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all technical activities in the operation.
• Ensure fleet reliability, availability, and performance targets are met.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee investigations, failure analysis, and reliability improvements.
• Support engineering changes, modifications and product improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop Technical Advisors and Specialists.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Deliver accurate technical reporting and data management.
