Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualification in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical/Rail Signalling, or equivalent.
- Experience maintaining complex control systems, networks, servers or virtualised environments.
- Strong fault-finding and analytical skills.
- Experience with Windows, networking, and industrial control or signalling systems.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and provide after-hours support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, maintenance and incident response for critical systems underpinning train operations.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and support system upgrades.
- Collaborate with operations teams, stakeholders and suppliers to maximise system availability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement while working safely and to standards.
