Responsibilities

• Be working as part of a team delivering complex train upgrade and production programs, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• You’ll lead and coordinate on-site production activities across trades, production engineering, testing and line-side supply chain functions, while supporting the successful delivery of project milestones from production through to test and commissioning.
• You’ll drive safe and efficient production outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing competing priorities, reporting on delivery performance and fostering continuous improvement across quality, safety, cost and operational excellence.
• This is an on-site position based in Newcastle, NSW. Due to the operational requirements of the role, hybrid working arrangements cannot be accommodated.
