Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading production, maintenance or project delivery activities within transport, rail, manufacturing, engineering or other complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and maintenance processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate on-site production activities across trades, production engineering, testing and line-side supply chain functions, while supporting the successful delivery of project milestones from production through to test and commissioning.
• Drive safe and efficient production outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing competing priorities, reporting on delivery performance and fostering continuous improvement across quality, safety, cost and operational excellence.
• Be part of a team delivering complex train upgrade and production programs, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality, schedule and budget requirements.
