You’ll be responsible for mechanical installation and assembly on rolling stock, maintenance and fitting of heavy mechanical

Qualifications

• Mechanical Trade Qualification – Cert III Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Rail, rolling stock, transport or heavy industry experience.
• RIW Card is preferred.
• White Card holder required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read plans/instructions.
• Reliable attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical installation and assembly work on rolling stock.
• Maintenance and fitting of heavy mechanical components.
• Working within a skilled rail project team.
• Following site safety and quality procedures.
