Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and ongoing management of program-level financial oversight across multiple QR-TMR interface projects.
• Monitor and manage financial performance across Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office projects, including budgets, forecasts, expenditures and variances.
• Provide authoritative advice to senior leadership on financial risks and funding implications arising from interface activities.
• Lead drafting, negotiation and management of commercial and interface agreements between TMR and delivery partners.
• Ensure QR and TMR meet their financial and contractual accountabilities, including milestones and funding approvals.
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting processes, including financial reporting and risk management.
• Facilitate high-level engagement with QR, TMR and delivery partners to resolve financial and interface issues.
• Prepare high-quality financial and performance briefings with timely insights on status, risks and outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to strengthen commercial discipline and value-for-money outcomes across the program.
