Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking an Electrician based at the Keswick terminal in Adelaide. You will work a rotating shift roster, with days 7:00 am–3:00 pm and afternoons 12:00 noon–9:00 pm, with some weekend work.

The role includes installation, servicing, fault finding, and compliance with rail safety and environmental requirements. You will perform component overhaul and testing of electrical equipment, and report to the Shift Technical Coordinator, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on

Qualifications

• Australian Electrical trade certificate required.
• Ability to read diagrams, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and component overhaul processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, installation and testing of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fault-find to meet deadlines.
• Undertake maintenance tasks under direction of the Shift Technical Coordinator.
• Ensure rail safety, environmental compliance and housekeeping.
• Comply with rail safety requirements from Supervisors and Operations Manager.
