UGL, a CIMIC Group company, seeks a Dynamic Testing Supervisor to lead and coordinate dynamic testing activities onsite in Brisbane for major infrastructure projects.

You will supervise testing crews, record measurements, and ensure test procedures meet project requirements while coordinating with construction, commissioning, and operations teams. A strong safety culture and precise documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising testing, commissioning, or operations in rail/infrastructure environments.
• Strong leadership and communication enabling multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret test procedures and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute dynamic testing activities.
• Lead daily pre-start briefings to communicate objectives and safety.
• Supervise crews during test execution and record measurements.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and test instruments are ready before testing.
• Provide real-time feedback on test outcomes and risks.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate test records per project and quality requirements.
• Elevate safety hazards and operational constraints proactively.
• Promote safety culture and comply with procedures and standards.
