Job summary

UGL is seeking a Dynamic Testing Supervisor to lead dynamic testing across major infrastructure projects in Brisbane. Reporting to the PICOT, you will ensure testing is safe, efficient and compliant with approved procedures.

This role requires onsite presence in Brisbane and active leadership of testing crews. You will coordinate with construction, commissioning, operations and stakeholders, maintain records, and promote a strong safety culture while meeting project requirements and UGL

Qualifications

• Experience supervising testing, commissioning, or operational activities within rail or infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven commitment to safety and risk management.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, test procedures and drawings.
• Experience collecting and analysing test data and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute dynamic testing activities.
• Lead daily pre-start briefings on objectives and safety requirements.
• Supervise testing crews and validate test measurements and data.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, instruments and access are ready before testing.
• Monitor progress and report risks and test outcomes to PICOT.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate test records and documentation per quality standards.
• Escalate safety hazards and operational constraints promptly.
