Job summary

UGL | Cross River Rail in Brisbane seeks a Dynamic Testing Supervisor to lead and coordinate dynamic testing across major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the PICOT, ensure testing is safe, efficient, and complies with test procedures and project requirements.

Based onsite in Brisbane, you will supervise testing crews, prepare facilities and instruments, and coordinate with construction, commissioning and operations teams to deliver reliable testing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising testing, commissioning, or operational activities in rail infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and clear communication when coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety and risk management in testing environments.
• Ability to read technical docs, test procedures and engineering drawings.
• Experience collecting and analysing test data and measurements.
• High organisation skills in fast-paced testing settings.
• Contributes to delivering safe testing outcomes on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the PICOT in planning, coordination, and execution of dynamic testing activities.
• Lead daily pre-start briefings to ensure understanding of safety, methods and risks.
• Supervise testing crews during execution; record and validate measurements and data.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and test instruments are prepared and operational.
• Monitor progress and provide real-time feedback on outcomes and risks.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, operations, and stakeholders.
• Maintain test records and ensure documentation meets project and quality standards.
• Proactively identify safety hazards, issues, and constraints impacting testing.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with procedures and standards.
