Job summary

Worley is seeking a Drafter to support the Global Rail Infrastructure Team in Perth. This full-time role is well-suited for a recent graduate or early career professional eager to contribute to rail and civil infrastructure design across concept through construction.

You will draft 2D/3D drawings for rail track, earthworks, drainage and related infrastructure, and support alignment development, IFC output, and cross-discipline coordination within a mobile design team.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering Drafting is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for rail and civil infrastructure.
• Develop alignment plans and track layouts.
• Produce IFC drawings per project specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers to translate design intent into drawings.
• Incorporate design changes and manage revisions.
• Adhere to AS/NZS, ARTC and PTA WA requirements.
• Support multi-disciplinary coordination across rail disciplines.
