Job summary

Alstom is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer in Perth to design, configure, and integrate robust cyber security solutions for rail systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to navigate complex environments and deliver effective security controls.

The role focuses on system integration, architecture design, and hands-on security engineering, based at our Perth CBD office and supporting a large, transformative rail project.

Qualifications

• Several years’ senior level experience in cyber security design, architecture, configuration, and integration for rail systems or other operational technology environments.
• Experience implementing security controls aligned with industry standards and frameworks.
• Strong documentation skills across design, architecture, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber security design, architecture, configuration, and integration activities for rail systems.
• Implement controls based on standards, policies and best practices.
• Deploy hardware and software solutions to meet cyber security requirements.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality documentation across design, architecture, and operational materials.
