Job summary

UGL is delivering major rail infrastructure across Australia. We are seeking a Possessions Coordinator to join the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project, coordinating railway corridor possessions, interfacing with QR and delivery teams to maximise window opportunities and minimise disruption.

You will plan, schedule, and track possessions using the RAMP framework, ensuring alignment with safety, SCAS processes and client expectations, while leading a team and coordinating resources across

Qualifications

Experience in rail possessions planning and execution.
Knowledge of SCAS and RAMP processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate possession planning and management of the Activus/QR T-minus process.
Interface with QR and delivery teams to arrange corridor access and resources.
Track and report on QR resource costs and protections officers.
Lead SCAS possession planning meetings and coordinate with Supervisors and Superintendents.
Assist planning and scheduling to minimise impacts to stakeholders.
