Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is seeking a Supervisor for Rail Construction Operations in Wolseley, SA. This full-time role coordinates rail construction crews, equipment and daily activities on a 10:4 DIDO roster, ensuring delivery within cost, time and quality targets.

You will organize crews and resources, supervise quality and progress, and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies while planning upcoming works to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail or construction operations.
• A demonstrated record supervising work crews.
• Understanding of the factors affecting delivery quality and productivity.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management and a focus on reliable outcomes.
