Job summary

Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a caring Registered Nurse for our Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital, Maroochydore and Caloundra clinics. The role supports imaging services across Ultrasound, CT and MRI with patient admission, monitoring and recovery.

You will provide high standards of care, assist with BMD examinations, and work across multiple sites maintaining safe, effective teamwork and communication. Flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current APHRA Registration IV.
• Cannulation experience preferred.
• Advanced Life Support preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse medical professionals.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Previous surgical or radiology experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of care to patients, staff and Radiologists.
• Assist with Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD) examinations.
• Admission, monitoring and recovery of patients undergoing interventional procedures.
• Support across modalities such as Ultrasound, CT and MRI.
• Maintain Workplace Health and Safety practices across locations.
